  • Loop bands under your feet and around the barbell. Stand hip-width apart.
Hinge at the hips, keep your back flat, and lower to grasp the bar.
Drive through heels, extend hips and knees, and stand tall with shoulders back.
  • Loop bands under your feet or anchors and around the barbell. Stand tall with soft knees.
Hinge at the hips, keeping the bar close and back straight throughout.
Squeeze glutes, drive hips forward, and return to full standing position.
